I like it Blake. Not that my opinion matters. Although it is what some may consider simple, it packs a very powerful message. A message easily seen as there is nothing to detract from the message (i.e. fancy graphics, etc).

I don't share the same disability you have, mine is narcolepsy - an entirely different animal. I am glad the effort is being made to find a cure for SMA and I hope you can benefit from it. I have enjoyed "ihatestairs.org", and have learned from it (knowledge is usually a good thing). Keep up the great work!

Hi Blake,
First of all, congratulations on your win. And I hope things are going well with Stop SMA.

Second, I'm working on a profile of woman with SMA here in Madison, WI. It has been a great experience. So, I'm really glad I came across your blog - I haven't found that many by people with SMA.

My article's focus is her recruitment and training of her personal staff as she happens to be hiring some new people at the moment. She puts an enormous amount of work into it. At the same time, with their help, she lives a very active life.

One of her comments to me was that she is so active, people often forget she has a disability. She told me about a being invited to a wedding- she got there only to find out it was on the second floor with no elevator. Just stairs. I thought you would appreciate that.

I was hoping to find some attendant blogs out there do you know of any?
